Hi, I'm Louise and I am the owner and founder of Ausel Cakes & Catering,
after years of baking and decorating celebration cakes I finally decided to concentrate on designing and decorating wedding cakes, an area where my passion truly lies.
​
My love of weddings and events has moved me into wanting to be more of a part of your day, so now you can also use Ausel Cakes & Catering as your caterer.

Our goal is to work closely with our customers to create something that not only becomes a stunning centerpiece that will visually wow your guests but also something that will wow their taste buds too.
